The Initial Meeting

The initial meeting marks the official start of your project. In this meeting, we dive deeper into the information you’ve provided. We’ll conduct measurements, capture visuals, and discuss every aspect of your project. We highly recommend the presence of all key decision-makers during this pivotal meeting.

Design Phase

While this phase may seem quiet from your end, our team is diligently working behind the scenes to bring your vision to fruition. We’ll craft floor plans, source fixtures, and furnishings, and curate finishes to bring your vision to life. Typically, this phase spans 2-6 weeks for concept development and 6-8 weeks for finalization.

The Interior Design Process Presentations

During the Concept Presentation, we’ll unveil preliminary floor plan options, discuss budget estimates, and showcase mood boards. Later, at the Final Design Presentation, we’ll meticulously unveil every detail, including elevations, design boards, renderings, fabric swatches, finish samples, tear sheets, and proposals. Your feedback guides our adjustments, ensuring your home reflects you at every step. All key decision-makers presence is vital during these presentations to maintain project momentum.

Ordering

Once you approve your design plan and proposals are settled, our team initiates the procurement process. We meticulously track each item’s progress, ensuring accurate delivery to our receiving warehouse. Lead times from vendors typically span 16-20 weeks or longer, and you’ll receive regular updates on your project status via Friday emails.

Project Management 

If stipulated in your proposal, we’ll collaborate closely with your contractor or trades throughout the construction phase. This may involve trade days, scheduled site visits, and acting as the liaison between you and your contractor to ensure flawless execution of every detail.

Installation

The pinnacle of our journey together, the installation phase is where your space truly comes to life. We orchestrate the delivery of all items and oversee their placement on-site. Tailored accessories are carefully integrated to add the final flourishes, leaving you with a fully realized space to cherish. Should we schedule a photography session, we’ll notify you in advance and handle all arrangements.
