About us
Renae Keller Interior Design is an interior design studio offering full-service design and DIY design packages.
Using our site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Our content
All content on this site — including photographs, project images, text, design concepts, logos, and the Renae Keller Interior Design name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our written permission.
Project photography shown on this site represents work completed by our studio.
Enquiries and consultations
Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship or a binding agreement. Design services begin only once a separate written agreement is signed and any required payment is received.
Consultation availability is not guaranteed and may be rescheduled.
Design packages and payment
Fees, scope, deliverables, and revision rounds are set out in the individual agreement for each project. Payment terms are as stated on your invoice.
DIY design packages provide design plans, layouts, style direction, and shopping recommendations for you to implement yourself. We do not supply, install, or manage the purchase of any goods under a DIY package, and we are not responsible for the availability, pricing, quality, or delivery of items you purchase from third-party retailers.
Unless stated otherwise in your agreement, design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Implementation and third parties
Any work involving electrical, plumbing, structural, or other regulated trades should be carried out by appropriately licensed professionals. We are not responsible for work performed by contractors, tradespeople, or vendors you engage directly.
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Communications
By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry or project. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for details.
SMS text messaging programme
Programme description. Renae Keller Interior Design operates an SMS programme for clients and enquirers who choose to opt in. Our website forms carry two separate consent checkboxes. The first covers service messages — appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, project updates, and responses to your enquiry. The second separately covers marketing messages — design tips, offers, and studio news. You may tick one, both, or neither.
Consent is optional. Neither box is required in order to submit a form, make an enquiry, or purchase any service from us. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Both boxes are unchecked by default, and you may submit any form without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your project and how you interact with us. You will not receive messages on a fixed schedule.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Renae Keller Interior Design is not responsible for any charges levied by your carrier.
How to opt out. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent. For assistance, reply HELP, or contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered, as delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions outside our control.
Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are the account holder or an authorised user of the mobile number provided.
Supported carriers. Our messages are supported by major US carriers. Carrier support may change from time to time and is outside our control.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information on it. Design advice is provided in good faith based on the information you share with us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renae Keller Interior Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the services in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last revised.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
