My friend Katherine and I took a break from work last week to devote a day to vintage and fall clothes shopping. Fun, right?! We discovered this adorable little shop in Shakopee called How Quaint. We had so much fun! I took a few pics of my favorite finds.

Mosaic glass vase. And hydrangeas. Who doesn’t love dried hydrangeas in the fall?

Green hydrangeas in a mosaic vase with tiles of various shades of green, beside an ornate frame and a clear glass bowl with a price tag on a green table.

Gorgeous autumn ensemble. Adore the robin’s egg blue color with the pumpkins.

Vintage aqua chair holds pumpkins, hay, and oil cans in a rustic room. Cozy, autumnal feel with muted colors.

An old fashioned cake mixer just like my grandma used to have!

Woman in a vintage shop holding a hand mixer, smiling. Wears an orange cardigan and jeans. Background has dishes, aprons, and framed art. Cozy mood.

These intricate corbels used to display just about anything. I love the rustic finish they portray.

Vintage wall display: framed sepia portrait, ornate shelves with hat and decorated skull, black hats below, gray textured wall.

I might paint my entryway this exact color — Tiffany Blue!

Vintage decor with a turquoise cabinet, dishes, glassware, and a Raggedy Ann doll. Warm and nostalgic atmosphere.

Vintage light fixture.

Floral chandelier with pastel flowers and candle-style bulbs hangs from ceiling; small decorative bird perched below against a beige wall.

Umm…I like orange more than most people, and this is even a little much for me!

Orange fluffy feather tree with a red bauble, placed on a wooden surface in a cozy room. Background includes a red chair and a lamp.

This display got me excited for Halloween…and lamenting the fact that I’ll have to dig through all my decorations to find the Halloween goods, which will almost certainly be at the bottom of any given pile. sigh

Halloween-themed display with pumpkins, decorative signs reading "Boo!" and "October 31," and a pumpkin-shaped lantern on a patterned tablecloth.

Love this creative idea for wall decor.

Three nested, ornate, gold picture frames hang on a gray wall. A mirror reflects a pumpkin and room interior. Floral curtain partially visible.

Remember my consoles blog post? This elegant piece would fit in nicely.

Antique table with vintage phone, decorative bottle, and flower vase. Below, a statue and painting sit on wood floor. Classic decor vibes.

If you get a chance, stop by the store! They have a huge display of outdoor items as well, so if you’re into all things vintage, you can’t go wrong. They’re open one weekend a monththe next dates are October 18–21. I hope you have as much fun as I did!

xoxo,

Renae
